My various support services are designed to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support based on your needs before, during, and shortly after childbirth.

Birth Doula Support-​

​

• Continuous Virtual Support: Available via text/call/email from the moment of hire to provide reassurance and answer any questions you may have.
   

• Prenatal Visits: Three in-depth visits to discuss how to prepare throughout pregnancy for the labor experience you want, discuss your labor & birth preferences, and how I can best support you.
  (1.5-2 hours each) We can always schedule more as needed.
   

• Resource sharing: Access to my lending library and comprehensive lists of Columbus
  area resources/providers.
   

• Birth Plan: Help composing a birth preferences list and discussion about alternatives.
   

• Continuous Labor Support: On call for you 24/7 from 38- 42 weeks. I’ll be with you throughout your labor, once you call me to join you, and for 1-2 hours after delivery to ensure you and your baby are comfortable and supported.
   

• Immediate Postpartum Assistance: I will stay with you for 1-2 hours after birth to help with initial breastfeeding and ensuring a smooth transition to the postpartum period.
   

• Postpartum Visits: Two postpartum visits (and 1 postpartum meal) to process your birth experience, help you care for yourself and your baby, troubleshoot feeding issues, and more.
   

• Birth Doula Support - In-Person Support fee is $1,500, with $400 due at contract signing, remainder due by 37 weeks. 
  All cash payments discount is $100
  Paid in full discount is $100

  • 20 contracted postpartum hours
     

• Full Spectrum Doula Support package fee is $2,400, with $400 due at contract signing, remainder due by 37 weeks.

Virtual Birth Doula - Monthly Package

My virtual labor support services are designed to provide more frequent emotional and informational support before, during, and shortly after childbirth. Through virtual appointments I can guide you and

your birth partner to prepare physically for your labor and birth. I am committed to helping you have the most satisfying birth experience possible, whether you choose to give birth at a hospital, birthing center, or at home.

• Continuous Virtual Support: Available on a monthly basis via text/call/email from the moment of hire to provide reassurance and answer any questions you may have.
   

• Prenatal Visits: Two scheduled one-on-one calls per month (up to 120 minutes each)
   

• ​Topics we can discuss:

  • Pregnancy questions

  • Walk through any fears about pregnancy or birth

  • What to expect during your prenatal appointments with your provider

  • Birth planning

  • Birth intervention education

  • Newborn intervention education

  • Postpartum planning

  • Birth processing

  • Basic nutrition consultations for pregnancy or postpartum​​
